Heritage responded very quickly and professionally to a fairly major electrical problem. They arrived when they said they would and worked until the problem was solved. Everything was professionally tested to give us peace of mind. They were personable and respectful of your property too. Our house is larger than normal but it was no problem for them. When my consumer unit started humming at 11pm, I tried in vain to call an emergency electrician, and resorted to leaving texts and voicemail messages with several companies. Paul of Heritage Electrical was the only one who followed up in the morning. He requested information and pictures to enable him to identify the problem and did a very thorough job when he came, ensuring I was safe again.

Paul Weston of Heritage Electrical undertook a thorough investigation of our heating system installed by contractor three years ago following a number of issues with the system not functioning correctly. His inspection found numerous issues with the heating system which required the system to be reinstalled to ensure heating zones were set up correctly to ensure each heating zone worked correctly and ability to change each heating via a Heatmiser hub which can be altered via connection through Mobile phone If anyone considers installing a Heatmiser system we highly recommend you contact Paul at Heritage Electric prior to installing

I had an emergency to deal with. My electric board exploded in sparks which lead to fire. Putting me in a panic and calling fire brigade. Just getting out shower with towel. After fire brigade and advisories and shock. We contacted this company to help. This company was the best solution in an emergency situation. He was selfless. Very considerate and profesional. To be honest he was the second hero after a near miss to a fatal situation. His profession was what we all need in a very difficult situation. He did exactly what customer services require and more. After hearing a very loud pop from one of our electrical sockets upstairs, we were very alarmed and worried of the potential risk of a house fire. I phoned Paul, who gave me excellent advice to aid our safety overnight until he could come and look at the job the following morning, which fell on a Sunday. Paul was both professional and reassuring, and his workmanship was excellent! Leaving us with such peace of mind, which is totally priceless. Emergency call out, no heating! Salcombe. Devon. Paul from heritage came out quickly and had our heating back up and running within an hour. He discovered problems with the original installation which we paid alot of money for. We have booked Paul in to rewire and upgrade all out hot water and underfloor heating control's to a smart system. I highly recommend heritage electrical.

Emergency call out. Torquay, Devon. Heritage's communication was perfect. They had to travel an hour to my job, as we couldn't find anyone who would come out on the weekend in the whole of Torbay! We had crack in our water cylinder which was leaking through the lounge ceiling.This flooded our lounge and water found its way into our consumer unit which tripped all our electrics. Heritage emptied the water cylinder and managed to get the power back on for us. They aranged to come back the following week to replace the cylinder and consumer unit. Incredibly professional service.

We discovered we had a loose live wire hanging in front of our house that had fallen from an old security light having called around a few other electricians and had not much joy getting any help or advice we got through to Paul from heritage who talked me through getting everything safe and disconnected with the wire giving us peace of mind and we were then able to fix the cable ourselves following pauls advice. Heritage would be my first call if i needed an electrician in future

I contacted Heritage late last night as our power kept tripping and the home insurance couldn’t anyone straight out to us. They were at the house within 10 minutes even though it was late at night. All work was carried out fast and efficiently to a very high standard. The power issue was resolved and we were very happy with the service provided. Would definitely recommend! Thank you.
